1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the Hextuni platform - a system connecting workshops with automotive electronics engineers for processing controller files.
2. Account types
The platform offers workshop accounts (open registration) and engineer accounts (granted after verification). Every account requires email confirmation and completed billing details before the first order.
3. HP point system
Settlements use the internal currency Hextuni Points (HP). Points are purchased in packages, and accounting documents are issued at the moment of package purchase. Unused points remain on the user's account.
4. Liability
Hextuni acts as an intermediary platform between the workshop and the engineer. The user is responsible for the validity of uploaded files and for holding the appropriate rights to modify them.
5. Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are subject to Polish law. We reserve the right to amend these terms with appropriate notice, of which users will be informed.
