Create an account
Registration takes 60 seconds. You provide an email, confirm it by clicking the link, set a password. Before your first order you complete billing details (company name, VAT ID for companies, invoice data for EU clients).
Place an order
You choose the vehicle - make, model, generation, engine, transmission, fuel and year. You specify the service type (ECU, TCU, BCM or another controller) and upload the base file. The system automatically routes the order to an available, verified engineer.
The engineer delivers
The engineer accepts the order and gets to work. All communication - questions, technical notes, additional files - happens in the chat inside the order, always in the context of this specific car. You get an email notification on every status change.
Download the finished file
The finished file waits in your panel. You download it through a secure, one-time link, flash it to the car and drive. The full order history - base file, finished file, chat and vehicle data - is archived and available anytime.
