1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is the operator of the Hextuni platform. The controller's contact details are available on request and on the accounting documents issued through the platform.
2. What data we collect
We collect data necessary to provide our services: account data (email, name), billing data (company name, VAT ID, address), order data and technical controller-file data. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure with encryption.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process data to perform the contract (providing platform services), to issue accounting documents and - with your consent - for marketing purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) GDPR.
4. Processors
We use trusted providers processing data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Zoho (email), BaseLinker (accounting), Hetzner (infrastructure hosting).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and port your data. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time in your account settings.
