General
Hextuni is a platform connecting workshops with automotive electronics engineers for processing controller files - ECU, TCU, BCM, ABS, airbag, gateway and others. You place an order, a verified engineer handles it, and you download the finished file. Everything in one place: orders, communication, files, settlements and full history.
For two groups: workshops and tuners who need a reliable source of controller files, and automotive electronics engineers who want to handle orders in an orderly system instead of a chaos of emails and messengers. You can create a workshop account instantly, while an engineer account is granted after verification.
You create a free workshop account - registration takes about a minute. You confirm your email, fill in billing details and can place your first order. You don't need a credit card to register and explore the platform.
Yes. Creating a workshop account is free and with no commitment. You only pay when you actually use the services - by buying a package of HP points. Access to the workshop CRM is additionally free during the introductory period.
Hextuni is available in three languages: Polish, English and German. You can change the interface language at any time, and documents and notifications adapt to your settings.
The platform is aimed at professionals - workshops and engineers. Before your first order you fill in billing details, including company data. Clients from Poland can choose a receipt or an invoice, while clients outside Poland are billed by invoice.
We support a wide range of automotive controllers: ECU (engine), TCU (transmission), BCM (body), ABS, airbag, gateway and others. When placing an order you choose the type of service and provide full vehicle context, so the engineer knows right away what they're working with.
Yes. The platform has a fully working order, communication, payment and point settlement system, plus a complete workshop CRM. The entire core - from placing an order, through delivery, to settling the engineer - is ready and tested.
For workshops and file ordering
After logging in you choose the vehicle (make, model, generation, engine, transmission, fuel, year), specify the type of service and upload the base file. The system automatically routes the order to an available, verified engineer. The rest - communication and delivery - happens in the order panel.
Your files are made by real automotive electronics engineers - experienced specialists with thousands of jobs behind them. No bot generating files blindly, no AI. That's the key difference: you pay for the knowledge and responsibility of a person who knows what they're doing.
Many verified engineers work on the platform. Thanks to this, an order goes to a specialist who happens to be available - first come, first served. More engineers means shorter waiting times and a lower risk that your order gets stuck.
The time depends on the type of service and engineer availability, but thanks to automatic routing of orders to available specialists we try to keep it short. Engineer status is shown live, and you get an email notification on every change of your order's status.
All communication happens in the chat inside a specific order. Questions, technical notes, additional files - everything in the context of that car and that service. No more losing threads in your inbox or messengers.
Yes. In the order chat you can send additional files, screenshots, logs or notes at any time. Everything gets attached to that order and stays available to the engineer and in the later history.
If the finished file needs a correction, you report it in the order, and the engineer makes the fix. Communication and files stay in the same context, so nothing gets lost. The whole correction process is part of the platform workflow.
The finished file waits in the order panel. You download it, upload it to the car, and you're done. The base file, finished file, vehicle data and the whole conversation stay in the archive - you come back to the same car a year later and everything is in place.
Yes. Every order goes into a full archive with complete data: base file, finished file, vehicle context and chat history. It's your knowledge base about your clients' cars - always at hand.
We set service prices at a fair, market level - so that cooperation pays off both for one-off jobs and for regular use. And since the files are made by experienced engineers with thousands of jobs, you pay for quality proven in practice, not for experiments.
Workshop CRM
It's a complete workshop management system built into the platform. Every workshop account gets a database of clients and their vehicles, a calendar, its own services, and monthly and yearly balances. It's much more than just ordering files - it's a tool for running the whole workshop.
Access to the CRM is free during the introductory period. Ultimately it will be available at a price competitive with the market - better than comparable solutions. You'll always find the current terms and any price in the panel.
You keep a database of clients and their cars with full history, plan visits and tasks in a calendar, define your own services, and see balances - how much you earned in a month and a year, per specific client and per specific service. Your margins are right there at a glance.
When you link a calendar event with a service bought on the platform, the system calculates the real cost and profit of that job - taking into account how much you actually paid for the file. This way you know whether a given job was profitable, instead of just guessing.
Yes. The file cost is calculated for real, using the FIFO method - based on which purchased point packages covered a given service. It's not an estimate, it's the true cost. You can also add your own cost items and discounts to each order.
For any workshop, regardless of size. A small workshop gains order and insight into what it earns on, while a larger one gains full control over clients, calendar and margins. The CRM grows together with you.
No. If you're only interested in files, you use just the order module. The CRM is available to workshops as added value - you can use it fully, partially or not at all. The choice is yours.
Yes. The CRM is ready and working, but we treat it as a living part of the platform - we plan to keep developing features based on workshops' needs. As a user, you have a real influence on what we add.
HP points, payments and invoices
HP (Hextuni Points) is the platform's internal currency. You buy a package of points and then spend them on services as needed. Every service has a clear price in points, so you always know what it costs before you place an order.
You buy point packages in the panel, in the wallet section. The payment is one-time, and an accounting document is issued right after purchase. The minimum top-up is a small amount, so you can start with a small package.
Current packages, prices and multipliers are in the panel, in the wallet section. We don't keep a fixed price table on the site, because packages and promotions change and are updated regularly. In the panel you always have the current, full offer.
Yes. We regularly add new packages and run promotions - including seasonal ones like Black Friday or holidays. You see all current promotions in the panel's wallet section, so it's worth checking there.
Yes. Bigger packages have a lower price per point thanks to multipliers. If you use the platform regularly, it pays to buy ahead - the savings grow with scale. Regular users have the most to gain.
Points are deducted automatically on a FIFO basis - the ones bought earliest are used first. This way you know exactly when and at what price they were used, and your settlements stay transparent.
Yes. An accounting document is issued at the moment of package purchase. Clients from Poland can choose a receipt or an invoice (with VAT ID), and foreign clients are billed by invoice. You fill in billing details in your account settings.
Unused points stay on your account and wait until you use them. They don't expire after an order - you buy a package once and spend it gradually, at your own pace of work.
For engineers
Engineers don't register openly - engineer status is granted after verification. You apply through the support system in the panel, describing your experience and the controllers you work with. We get in touch and guide you through the verification process.
Because it's a quality guarantee for workshops and protects the reputation of the whole network. A workshop ordering a file can be sure it's made by a vetted specialist. And you, as an engineer, work among verified professionals, not an anonymous crowd.
You have a panel with three views: new orders, in progress and archive. Filters, statuses and priorities give you full control over your workflow. Orders go to available engineers - you respond to the ones that suit you.
Every service has a price in points. When you complete an order you earn points, and the system settles everything automatically - without negotiations and without manually chasing invoices. You convert earned funds into a payout.
We process payouts efficiently - usually on the next business day after the earning is posted. The whole settlement cycle is transparent and visible in your panel, so you always know what stage your payout is at.
Yes. You set your availability hours, and the system shows you to clients only when you're working. Your status is visible live. You work on your own terms, without the pressure of being available around the clock.
Yes. You have a referral code - clients registered with your code get assigned to you, and you receive a commission on their orders. You build your own base of workshops and benefit from long-term cooperation.
Security and data
Yes. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure with encryption. They are accessed only through one-time, expiring links - the platform never makes files public. We treat every file as a potentially critical part of someone's car.
Access to a given order's files is limited to its parties - you and the assigned engineer - and, in justified cases, the platform administration. Files are not available to other users or visible publicly.
We process data in line with GDPR - we collect only what's necessary to provide services and issue documents. You have the right to access, correct and erase your data. The details are described in our privacy policy.
Yes. Every account requires email confirmation, and completed billing details before the first order. It's a basic safeguard that protects the platform and its users from abuse.
Yes. Every payment, every order and every payout is posted and visible in your panel. You have a full, transparent history of financial operations - you can always check what happened and when.
Support and cooperation
All contact and support happens through the ticket system built into the panel. You describe the matter, track its status and receive a reply in one place - without sending emails into the void and waiting with no feedback.
We try to respond promptly. The platform has a team and many engineers whose availability is shown live, so support is genuinely at hand during wide hours. You can mark urgent matters with a higher priority so they go to the front of the queue.
Yes. You can mark a ticket with a priority - low, normal or high. Urgent matters go first. Every ticket has a clear status (open, in progress, closed), and you get a notification on every reply.
Yes. Regular platform users get the best prices and priority. We're also working on individual support during delivery - help with day-to-day work for steady partners. The longer the cooperation, the more benefits.
Yes, we have it planned. Over time we want to provide educational materials and courses for workshops and engineers. It's a direction we're actively working on - we'll announce more details as the platform develops.
We're working on it. Our goal is to negotiate favorable terms and promotions with equipment suppliers for platform users. It's a plan we're genuinely working on - we'll share specifics once they're ready.
